Payment methods
We currently offer the payment methods "Payment on account", "Payment in advance" and PayPal PLUS (incl. VISA). You will receive the bank details required for payment in advance with the confirmation email of your order.
On request, we will be happy to provide you as an institutional customer with an offer on account with an individual payment target. For this purpose, please send us an e-mail to vertrieb@armadillo-medtec.de, stating your VAT ID.
Shipping and delivery
We ship with DHL as an insured package to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria - other EU countries on request! You can select international shipping in the checkout process.
For larger order quantities, we may have to adjust the shipping costs. The delivery time is usually up to 5 working days plus transit time. In exceptional cases, however, this can also deviate from this. In case of delivery bottlenecks you will be informed in time.
Shipping costs (each by DHL as an insured package) depending on weight:
Shipping within Germany:
- up to 2kg: 5,90€ (approx. 1-10 pieces)
- 2 to 5kg: 6,90€ (11-48 pieces)
- 5 to 10kg: 7,90€ (>48 pieces)
Shipping to NL, B, A and other EU countries
- up to 2kg: 12,90€ (approx. 1-10 pieces)
- 2 to 5kg: 14,90€ (11-48 pieces)
- 5 to 10kg: 19,90€ (>48 pieces)
The weight will be calculated at check-out. Each shipment is insured up to 500€ via DHL and receives a tracking number. Further shipping insurances are available on request!
